How we work
A house in Okara is usually talked about in Marla and Kanal, storeys, and whether the family or the contractor is buying the steel, cement, and finishes. EverRise writes that down. The calculator is the first conversation. The site visit is the one that becomes a quotation.
Grey structure means the shell: foundation, RCC frame, brickwork, roof slab, and the pipes and conduits that have to be in the walls before plaster. Finishing is everything a family lives with after that — floors, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, and woodwork.
Some clients want EverRise to buy the materials. Others already have a supplier and only need a disciplined team. Both are normal here, and the estimate shows which one you chose.

The office is at Lahore Multan Road, Okara 56300, Punjab, Pakistan. Most of the work is in Okara, with site visits in nearby cities including Sahiwal, Pakpattan, and Depalpur. Estimates can also be prepared for Lahore and other cities in Pakistan. A site visit confirms local material prices and access to the plot.
